About Me

Hello everyone! Thank you for taking the time to look at my website and learn more about my passion. While my love for dance and serving others makes me a great dance teacher, I also have some strong credentials that have taught me immensely more than I deserve and for that I am grateful. I graduate this May with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Dance Science from Texas A&M University. I have been dancing for 17 years now. During my dance career, I was a member and captain of the Cy Woods Crimson Cadettes and was a member of the Texas A&M Aggie Dance Team the past two years where I competed at a collegiate level and learned from some of the best teachers and choreographers who shaped me immensely. I am currently on contest and dance staff for Ascension Dance, so you might find me announcing your team or officers this year! Lastly, I have been a dance instructor at Suzanne's School of Dance in College Station this year, teaching 11 classes a week. My classes consisted of dancers ages 5-18 in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop, and accordance styles. I have also choreographed dances for numerous middle and high schools, as well as judged officer and team tryouts. All of my experiences have developed my love for dance, and specifically teaching young dancers.
